How Is Handmade Penis Jewelry Made?

Firstly, we need a design that is going to be comfortable for the anatomy. From there, a CAD computer image is created and refined until the shape and proportions are right. A silicone mould is then made from the finished design.

From there, the silversmith goes to work. Once the silver has been cast and the rings have been removed from the mould, the real hand-finishing begins. Each ring is carefully shaped and worked by hand until the correct form and dimensions are achieved. It takes great skill to get it down to the mm. As small as a hair.

The surface is then finished and polished to create a smooth, comfortable piece of jewelry. This stage is particularly important with intimate jewelry, as there should be no rough edges or uneven surfaces against the skin. Each piece is carefully checked, polished and given its final finish before it is ready to be sent to the customer.
