For a comfortable fit, measure while flaccid (soft), especially if you plan to wear the ring beneath clothing or for longer periods. Use a tape measure or wrap a piece of string around the base of the scrotum where you want the ring to sit. Lay it on a ruler to get your circumference. How to Put On the Dome Splitter
Put the jewellery on while the penis is flaccid. A small amount of lubricant on the inside of the ring can help it slide smoothly into position.
Face the full circle toward you. Place each testicle through the circle beneath the lower bar, then guide the penis through the opening above the upper bar. Some customers also find a warm shower and a little soap makes positioning easier.
